CLUB Management Training

Picture
The CLUB Management Training seminar was produced by AANR under the name "Sign Me Up!" in order to increase AANR membership and to assist clubs in training their front--desk personnel.  It provides clubs and resorts with examples of how to talk to prospective members visiting their club or resort for the first time.  It will be helpful to you even if your club is a 100% AANR club, as it is not unususal for even dedicated AANR members to be a little hazy about the many benefits available to AANR members and AANR clubs.

The seminar is divided into four parts:
  • ACT 1
  • The Q&A Thought Process
  • The Power Points
  • ACT 2
The seminar will include interactive training, video, and multi-media presentations.

ACT 1
Act 1 is comical and shows a very poor effort in welcoming  guests.  Unfortunately, some of these personnel traits may be familiar.

The Q&A Thought Process
The Q&A Thought Process allows the participants to think of how the initial visit of prospective visitors could have been better.

The Power Points
The Power Points actually offer exciting talking points regarding AANR's benefits.

ACT 2
Act 2 demonstrates the new and improved method of welcoming guests.

Here are a few interesting facts:
Factoid 1 - Marketing experts tell us it will take 6 attempts to close a sale.  Face to face with an interested person, the sale can be closed on the first visit.  (The sale of AANR Membership should be an easy one because of the wide variety of benefits and services.)
Factoid 2 - Annually, 270,000 people in the US and Canada will visit a nudist facility.  AANR's membership is just under 50,000.  (We have a target market of 220,000 people waiting to join AANR.)
Factoid 3 - Nude recreation is the fastest growing segment of the travel industry.  (NAKATHON needs to be the word of the day; use it and see the response it brings.)
Factoid 4 - Why does membership matter?  We discuss how many memberships it takes to provide the services that help protect AANR members and clubs.
